So this is the first healthy meal I’ve cooked. It’s Boneless Pork Chop Loins cooked on the stove with Potatoes Au Gratin and sautéed Asparagus. I know it doesn’t look that pretty but it tasted good, I mean I’m not a big fan of pork loin or pork chops but they were a gift as were the potatoes. The asparagus was awesome though, oh how I do love asparagus, any way its cooked I’ll eat it.
