Simple, Tasty Bento

This bento is quick, easy and delicious. It’s a pork cutlet white plain white rice, because I love plain white whit rice. Of course, you can dress your rice as you please, I just prefer it plain. I used thin sliced pork instead of a pork tenderloin because it has better flavor and I always find pork tenderloins to be a little tough for my liking. I placed it on a bed of shredded cabbage, though it’s not really visible through the cutlet, and added a bottle of tonkatsu sauce. As always, my lunch is served in a beautiful bento box from Bento&co.
