Pork and Cabbage Stir-Fry Recipe

3 1/2 oz. (100 g) thinly sliced pork

2 cabbage leaves

Dash each salt and pepper

1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp vegetable oil

Cut pork and cabbage into bite size pieces. Add oil to a heated pan and stir-fry pork over medium heat until pork turns brown. Add cabbage and stir-fry briefly. Add salt and pepper. When cabbage is cooked season with Worcestershire sauce.
